I didn't really know about the franchise so skipped it in the theaters but ended up renting it and watching it with my kids and we LOVED it. We were all definitely hoping for a sequel and we're all fans of the franchise now.
lol "Aqualad"... pretty sure it would be impossible for a hero named "Aqualad" not to be gay. The only gayer name would be "Wet Fellow".
I just think the character looks stupid. I hate the makeup, the fact that they're making up their own story doesn't bother me as much but the full on clown makeup looks lame a.f.

I was kind of hoping that each season would be like a different twilight zone episode kind of like american horror story seasons. Where the same actors are playing different roles in different bizarre universe (BUT KEEP IT ALL 80s THEMED!!!)

Agreed! It was incredible. The fight scenes were jaw dropping and the gritty realistic characters made the movie even more enjoyable.
