Batman has killed several times before, but I get most people new into the Bat don't know this since it's an image he's grown to have in the last 15yrs or so.
I thought it was going to be crappy due to all the "professional reviews" but it absolutely wasn't.
It's weird how Disney's superhero TV series are amazing yet their big blockbuster films are lacking, maybe it's their targeted audiences

No one, there isn't anything that points to her being Luke's daughter except for the fact that she's probably the most powerful force user in the movies.
Rey is a biological clone of Anakin along with some of the rest of Luke's students that Ben killed off. Luke rescued them from the Empire's labs during the fall.
It's the free market working. Why release a product that'll leave a bad taste of mouth in some in the audience? Its just bad press for the company. Instead tell the world how you're throwing away budget just to make them happy. You never wanna poss off your audience.
The latest Marvel movies that weren't good were Thor 1, IM3 and the latest Avengers. Ant Man being good proves that anything can be turned into a fun movie.

I honestly care little for neither DC's nor Marvel's blockbuster entries. I think I've enjoyed DC Animated films from the last years a lot more than I've enjoyed any superhero movies of the last decade.
Salvation was good even if not great. 3 and G are just ok.
