I'd give it another week. BvsS had a lot of positive reviews initially as well.

My biggest problem was with the black hole plot twist. It's was obvious to me at least quite early on and I felt they spent way too much time dragging out the explanation, which wasn't done well at all either.
This article is just not well thought out. First off there's a lot of scenes in this movie that fans have a problem with. Not the least of which are the hurricane scene (dear lord that was stupid), Lios Lane's weird habit of stumbling into things (why the hell is she on zods ship), saving the world with a usb drive and the mutiple I am Jesus on a cross moments. Waste a companion. She was a horrible person, the epitome of selfish behaviour. Yes, she has moments of brilliance in a few episodes but moments are all there were. The rest of the time she was an infuriating character, not because she was written badly but because the character is a horrible person.
This is amazing. The guys talent should really be acknowledged, it would have been so easy for this to go into creepy territory but he did an awesome job.

So you've got Rhino, Green Goblin and Electro. Plus the introduction of Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn, Max Dillon, Aleksei and whatever secret his dad had (which in ultimate spiderman was the symbiote btw).
