Canadian Thanksgiving is basically a bank holiday, hell in some parts of North-Eastern Canada it's an optional public holiday!

Neither is Batman supposed to have an eyewart:

But Bale did a good job.
You do realize that this is a sequel, right?
*spoiler* The first one had a guy's head explode in a pressure oven, Nicolas Cage got burned alive & Mark Strong was blown to smithereens by a bazooka. Jim knew EXACTLY what sort of film Kick-Ass 2 was going to be, before he signed on.
Carey has no moral ground to stand on. He made sure the cheque cleared for his role before he started bitching about it. Hypocrisy at it's worst.
I heard that it's a prequel to A Place Beyond the Pines...
How is the Truman Show in as the second best 'comedy of all-time'?! It's a great film with a bits of dark humour, but it's not a film that comes to mind when I think of a comedy!
And then classics like Animal House, Ghostbusters, Trading Places, In Brugges or Groundhog Day don't even get an honorable mention...Terrible list.
The Wolverine cameo was good, but really? I thought the film was flawed, but easily the best part was Michael Fassbender's Nazi hunting.
C4's miniseries Deadset came out years before the Walking Dead and that was pretty great!
True, dat.
I heard that Tom contractually demands to get either an urination or an erection scene, in every film he stars in.
Most pick the urine, but them pervs over at Pixar sure do love a good Woody.
There's obviously a clear consensus on Filmwatch; that Jessica Alba is more than just eye-candy, she is the next Meryl Streep.
Who could forget the great characters that she portrayed since her breakthrough film role in Sin City:
Sue Storm (Fantastic 4)
Cam (Good Luck Chuck)
Sam (Awake)
Jane (The Love Guru)
Morely (Valentines Day)
Andi (Little Fockers)
Marissa (Spy Kids 4)
A true Hollywood...
Well she can't act, so she may as well do something to keep my attention when she's on-screen.
Whilst not as good as the first, I still enjoyed both JP sequels. Bring on No.4!
Yeah, they should have never have killed off T-Dog No.2 during the rescue mission in Woodbury.
Pity, I kinda liked Axel (even after his wily paedophilic ways were revealed)!
A little bit of column A, a little bit of column B
One of the most iconic Christmas songs (in the UK at least) is Jona Lewie's 'Stop the Cavalry' & that was originally released in the Summer, & was later adapted as a Christmas song. So why not, consider Die Hard a Xmas film!
You pay to go & see his films?!?
I don't mind when people enjoy 'em, but when Adam Sandler films beats quality films at the box office; that pisses me off.
For example 2011's Jack & Jill grossed more than a $150 Million at the BO, which performed considerably better than the likes of Moneyball, The Artist & The Iron Lady, nearly double that of Tinker Taylor & Drive and 10 times that of genuinely funny films like Cedar Rapids or The...
I reckon it'll be one of those film's in which it starts off good and turns schmaltzy towards the end.
And that god awful CGI on the 'fast zombies' is nearly as bad as the 'vamps' in I'am Legend!
Alien 3 Assembly Cut is a damn fine film. Having never seen the original Alien 3 cut before watching the Blu ray version, I was able to appreciate it for what it is; a dark & nihilistic science fiction film that doesn't hold back.
It's still flawed & the maze sequence at the end is jarring, but the overall sense of grim reality & the lose of hope is in brilliant contrast to the clean-cut & upbeat ending of Aliens. Fincher had a pair of balls & didn...
Kingdom of Heaven Director's Cut - Most underrated war epic of the last decade.
