Have you read the Hobbit? Its one movie. Milking is afoot. I don't need the story drawn out over 3 movies just so these clowns can get richer. I'm sure many people would then ask "why does it matter to you?" It doesnt so I wont be seeing them. :) Jackson is also very overrated IMHO but that another can of worms. =D
