Not a bad list at all. This site's users have good taste (for the most part).

JL4750d ago

Yea, these are all movies that I'd definitely recommend.

Sahil4750d ago (Edited 4750d ago )

Every movie fan MUST watch all these movies, atleast once or DIE!!

PS: Would've loved to see Awakenings/Million Do. Baby :)

The only one that really surprises me is Black Hawk Down. I expected to see Full Metal Jacket on the list over that.

Soldierone4749d ago

Really? FMJ was a good film, but Black Hawk Down was done much better in my opinion. At least in a war film sense.

Defectiv3_Detectiv34749d ago

I understand what the filmmakers were trying to do, but after awhile the movie just became grating. And to make matters worse it's incredibly inaccurate.

Can't say that i agree with the ordering of that list but those are some good films nonetheless.

JL4750d ago

Some of these were ties, so the ordering (mainly the bottom half) is almost arbitrary.

Megaton4750d ago

Yeah, I'd swap a lot of things around.

Castor4750d ago

Could be worse indeed, most of those are certainly good movies and one could do worse with their time than to watch all of those.

JL4750d ago

Most people (not saying you're one) don't realize that "favorite" and "best" are two immensely different things. My list of favorite movies would vary greatly from my list of greatest movies.

MegaSackman4750d ago

Good movies, i would take off some, but its a good list after all, except for one horrendous movie: Watchmen, jesus what a piece of shit.
