One of the more truly bizarre coming of age horror stories premieres at this past January’s Sundance Film Festival and was acquired by Anchor Bay for release later this year. Richard Bates, Jr.’s Excision features “Nip/Tuck”‘s sex bomb AnnaLynne McCord as an incredibly ugly, disturbed and delusional high school student with aspirations of a career in medicine goes to extremes to earn the approval of her controlling mother. As I stated before, Ryan Daley liked it a bit less than I did, but it’ll definitely shock and awe when you guys see it. The below NSFW trailer gives you a taste of what’s to come.
