I've always liked the Van Helsing story and I guess if anyone is going to play it..Cruise would be okay. It usually has to be someone that has matured but not too old because he has lived a very long time but still look good enough and be fit enough to get the job done.
At the same time there are so many new comers out there are would also fit this profile so who knows...
