Nearly thirteen years have passed since Jason Biggs humped his way into America’s heart by sexually assaulting an apple pie in American Pie. In the years since its release two theatrical sequels and four utterly forgettable direct-to-video ‘spinoffs’ have been released as the American Pie franchise has become a poor man’s National Lampoon’s with only Eugene Levy tying the American Pie universe together. The question is, after all these years of sitting on the shelf is this slice of American Pie worth eating or should you leave it for Jason Biggs to “handle?”
