Original Spider-Man Trilogy Coming To Blu-Ray

Straight from Marvel.com: "Just in time for this summer’s highly anticipated release of "The Amazing Spider-Man," in theaters July 3, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is re-releasing "Spider-Man," "Spider-Man 2" and "Spider-Man 3" on Blu-ray with UltraViolet on June 12."

Weren't they already on Blu-ray? They had that boxset thing that was really cheap for a while before it disapeared....lol (plus I have two on Bluray somewhere)

yeah they already have a blu-ray set, maybe this is a different new box set?

Yeah it's a different boxset that is supposed to come with more special features and all that. Apparently the original blu-ray transitions of the first couple films weren't all that great.

That makes sense, the first ones released back when Blu-Ray first released and all those transitions were rather horrible.

I thought it was more or less just them re-releasing it to keep the price up and sell a few more. However my money will be going to the special reprints of the Amazing Spider-Man comics they are releasing soon :P
