As for a Bioshock film, maybe after the next game releases interest will come back to the property. Ken Levine, Bioshock's brainchild, was a former screenwriter after all.
We have an article going up soon talking about how video games might be better suited to either franchises (3 films) or other mediums, and i think bioshock is one great example. This franchise needs more than one movie, there is no way in heck they will be able to transfer it properly in one hour or two.
