I am looking forward to the event on Saturday with Scott and finally getting to see the full trailer. How he can say that it only shares DNA with Alien is beyond me. The company is the same, the layout and design is the same, and he has had to admit the last 9 minutes set up Alien. Then he said well Weyland is the only connection. Not buying it, you have the Space Jockey, so there is a connection.
As a person who nearly cried every time they raped the Alien franchise I cannot wait for this movie. I trust Scott to do the right thing, as he did with the original film. Roll on June! Then let Jim Cameron make Prometheus 2 in two years time!

That is rumored to be a mutated crew member. One theory has the crew essentially creating the Alien based on their interference and actions. Scott has said he has plans for a part 2 as soon as he finishes Blade Runner.
