Over 25 Images from The Amazing Spider-Man; New Looks at The Lizard, Webshooters, and More

The Collider:
The new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man debuted late last night, giving us a much better look at what to expect from Marc Webb’s franchise reboot. We got peeks at blinking webshooters, wise-crackin’ Spidey, and most importantly, The Lizard. I was quite impressed with the trailer, and I’m sincerely hoping that Webb is bringing us a fresh take on the character. While I’m wary of going the origin route once again, Andrew Garfield‘s charisma and a new spin on the story give me reason to hope for the best. We’ve gone frame-by-frame through the new trailer and have grabbed over 25 images from the superhero reboot, giving us a closer look at The Lizard, the webshooters, and Spidey in action. Hit the jump to check them out.

The film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field. The Amazing Spider-Man opens in 3D July 3rd.

Very nice pictures... I saw the trailer and now I'm beginning to get excited about the movie coming out this summer.

One thing I have noticed the entire time is this director has a real sense of vision for each shot. Look at how light is used in everything, even the animated shots. That's why I think the first CG shot in the first trailer didn't feel right, he didn't light it up like the rest.

I am a huge fan of lighting and these shots do exactly what I love.

Hi...haven't heard from you in a while. I get what you mean...it does give it a nice sharper look and feel to it.

I looking forward to it more and more now that I'm seeing more of it...wasn't too sure about it at first.

My entire room is Spider-Man (yeah I'm a college student with a Spider-man room lol) so I guess being a fan just naturally made me excited no matter what haha.

Also, nice to see you again too :P

I have a litograph of a Spider-Man and other superhero from Marvel all around him that I bought that was signed and only 400 were made. I took it today to get it matted and framed to surprise my husband with it for Valentine's Day....he doesn't even know...we're just Superhero buffs ourselves. It's going to be so cool.

I think i'm the only person thats not really that excited for this movie, its just kinda meh for me at the moment. I guess I'm just not used to seeing Garfield as peter parker...

I was like that all last year until I saw the second trailer and then started seeing a few more photos this year...I'm starting to get used to the new costume and new faces...but I understand because it is hard to get used to all the changes.

I still wish The Lizard had his alligator jaw, lab coat, and torn pants with the way he is right now he looks more like Reptile from Mortal Kombat then The Lizard. I can't really complain about anything else.

Btw when was Peter Parker such a smart ass?
