Spidey was on the Avengers roster so its not out of the realm of possibility for them to utilize the character in a 2nd Avengers movie. Although a Peter Parker cameo would be pretty sweet.
Joss Whedon is directing The Avengers? Good for him! I wish this man all the best, since he's given us Firefly and Serenity.
Only cameo would be great and even better than all the characters in that movie is Batman.
