ScreenCrave - ScreenCrave is back at Sundance Film Festival again with Brendan Walsh, Christie Ko and myself covering, in the somewhat freezing cold to bring your some of the best indie films of 2012. The schedule is packed with what looks like numerous amazing films with phenomenal filmmakers. One of our favorite Sundance veterans is Mark Duplass (Cyrus – 2010, Humpday – 2009, Puffy Chair – 2005) who is here with four, count ‘um, four films this year and there are many newcomers that I’m sure we’ll be saying “are the REAL filmmakers” in a week’s time.
"Polite Society" has all the workings of a sleeper hit thanks to its blend of action, comedy, and injection of culture to make it stand out.
With the festival regaining full strength, an assortment of cinematic experiences await to captivate audiences. From Cat Person to Cassandro, here our are the ones we can't wait to take in.
'The Night House' evolves from a simple haunted house story to a chilling examination of grief, with plenty of spooky noises along the way.
