Anthony Geehan of FilmFracture writes: "Beauty and the Beast stands as one of Disney’s groundbreaking and historic victories in animation. The characters broke and created archetypes, the music is extremely memorable and a joy to hear, and the animation has a classic Disney feel that is mostly forgotten in this day and age. However, seeing it on the big screen and in theaters does not come off as a necessity, being that the results of the remastering are underwhelming. Fans of the movie who simply want to see it on the big screen for the first time in over a decade will be happy, but anyone who’s looking to get something new out of it could save money and pick up the DVD."
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
I liked it the way it was and don't have the need to see it in 3D.
Why did it get a 2/4?!? Even after reading the review, I don't understand. It looks gorgeous in 3D. I saw it in theaters and picked up the 3D blu-ray for my home. It looks phenomenal on both my tv and in theaters. I don't understand a 2/4.
