CB - I believe that conversation and discourse in the movie world is just as important as individual opinion. While I may not be able to convince you that a film is amazing and you might not be able to convince me that a film is crap, reasoning and passion is always appreciated around Cinema Blend. It’s for that reason that I spend a good deal of time reading comments and thoughts left by users here, on our Facebook page, and on Twitter.
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
Rest In Peace Review: A man in debt disappears. Years later, he considers reconnecting with his family, but his previous life takes him by surprise.

Saw this movie last night and it was AMAZING! Just as good if not better than the Swedish version
you have answered my questions
What a fantastic article! I saw both movies and i prefer the the "Americanized" one better. Fincher did a fantastic job. Far superior in many different and yet subtle ways. Not to say the original wasn't good. But certain dynamics made Fincher's a better film. I also think this comes from a better production value, the trent reznor soundtrack, and the chemistry between daniel craig and rooney mara.
I can't wait to see it. I've been waiting all this time. I almost got the Swedish version to watch before seeing this one but I decided not to....I wanted to see this with fresh eyes.
Freakin loved this movie. I'm buying it on blu-ray day one. There are some "unsettling" scenes but the movie is powerfully engaging.
