I'm sure she'll still be in The Avengers but probably doesn't need to necessarily be in the Iron Man movie. It would all depend on the plot and how S.H.I.E.L.D. is involved in the story.

making a movie about widow or hawkeye is great. i just hope it lives up to the fans expectation and develop a nice script and storyline for those or else it will be a drag to the other marvel movies specially if the avengers is a huge success next year
