Alberta Film Ratings has posted some information regarding the first Trailer for G. I. Joe: Retaliation.
The first trailer will get a PG rating and will be shown in front of movies that are rated PG.

PG13 is a pretty well the perfect rating for this movie. Go much higher and they risk losing their younger crowd, go any lower and they risk losing the people from the 80s who grew up with GI Joe.
Didn't think it would go R, although that would be bad ass.
