Production has just gotten underway on 3 Nights in the Desert, a drama that stars Amber Tamblyn, Wes Bentley and Boardwalk Empire‘s Vincent Piazza. Gabriel Cowan is directing the Adam Chanzit script, in a co-production between New Artists Alliance and Caliber Media Company. Tamblyn, Bentley and Piazza play three estranged friends and former bandmates who reunite to celebrate turning 30. The come together for a weekend in the desert and expose unresolved wounds as they struggle with who they have become and what might have been had they done things differently.
Looking back, would Wes Bentley have made a better Batman than Ben Affleck? The actor was once rumored to play the Dark Knight.

Actor Wes Bentley is returning to American Horror Story for American Horror Story: Hotel, which is set to debut on Wednesday, October 7 on FX. In advance of the fifth season of the series, Bentley was a guest on Larry King Now.
I'm not sure about this movie but I know that I do like Amber Tamblyn and what I've seen her do so far has impressed me so I will be looking out for this movie when it comes out. I don't know if it will show in theaters or go to VOD and directly to DVD but either way...I'll want to see it.
