Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams, New Trailer For 'The Vow'

"Life's all about moments of impact and how they change our lives forever, but what if one day you could never remember any of them?," Channing Tatum asks off the top of the new trailer for "The Vow," spelling out the film entirely, of course.

Girl loves boy, boy loves girl, girl gets hurt in tragic parked-car accident and then can't remember boy. Boy tries to convince audience this is simply not the 20-something version of "Regarding Henry." Sigh. Rachel McAdams is a very great actress given the right material, but her agents still suck. Channing Tatum is trying to engender all the good will in the world by working with good directors (Steven Soderbergh, Michael Mann, Kimberly Peirce, Kevin Macdonald), but all the best intentions on earth can't stop this film from looking like fromage romance 101 for teens (is that a Sara Bareilles song? If not, might as well be...).

This looks like it would be a good movie but it's so sad that's it's going to be a tear jerker and I don't go see movies that make you cry thru the whole movie....I'm going to have to wait on this one and see it at home.
