IGN - Say what you want about the '90s live-action reboot of Captain America. It's not a good movie – not by a long shot. I'm still looking forward to that much touted Director's Cut, though. At least that film seemed to be trying. Maybe it was? It was certainly a noble failure – a film that simply ran out of time and money.
