Russell Crowe Talks Man of Steel Fight

Comingsoon says

Man of Steel star Russell Crowe, who plays Jor-El in Zack Snyder's Superman movie, took to his Twitter account last night and posted a couple of interesting tweets about the filming he's doing in Vancouver.

"15km bike ride, umpteen hours fighting Michael Shannon. He's very hard to put down," he said. He was then asked if he will win, and he answered, "Hard to tell who wins, we are still fighting tomorrow."

Shannon plays villain General Zod in the film so it sounds like there is a big fight in the movie between the two, possibly on Krypton? We still have a long wait to find out, as the movie doesn't hit theaters until June 14, 2013.

NICE!!! A fight between Zod and Jor-El should be awesome. We all know there's a bitterness that Zod and his friends have to the El family. maybe we'll get see a little more back story to it.

question is will it just be a normal fight i mean they are practically humans on thier own planet unless they emit yellow radiation :P lol

not doubting the scientists of kyrpton to think they couldnt do that

but that would be useless considering they are sitting on top of kyrptonites in thier planet

That's an interesting question you posed there. I didn't really think about that.

One thing I like is Zod rarely refers to Superman as Superman or Kal El. He calls him "The Son of Jor EL" I always thought that was funny.

I think he was doing that as more of a disrespect thing or he didn't know his name.

Very long wait on this one and still a lot to find out about the plot. I hope it is worth the wait.
