MTV:
Paramount Pictures has released a brand new trailer today of "Paranormal Activity 3," which will serve as a prequel showcasing how Katie and Krisiti started this battle with demons.
Although a very brief trailer, it looks like there will be more of a back story explained and not just a movie full of camcorder shots, but the majority of the trailer takes place in the daytime, and everyone knows that the real freaks (in this case paranormal demons) come out at night.
The trailer depicts young Kristi and Katie 18 years ago talking about their cliché “imaginary friends.” As always the concerned parents want to know what’s really going on behind the strange behavior, sooo... you guessed it: they set up cameras everywhere.

TNS: "The third entry in the Terrifier franchise delivers the exact blend of bleak horror and grim humor fans have come to expect."
The Prince of Wales gave an ultimatum, but this won't be his legacy.
TNS: "The Joker's second outing can't be saved by musical charm, with Joker: Folie à Deux resulting in a boring bow to mediocrity."
Can't wait to check this out. Parts of this trailer are just flat out creepy.
I've thought the previous two did well with being scary enough, creating tension, etc. This seems to be upping the ante here. And something about creepy lil kids always makes everything extra scary.
Trailer didn't do much for me. These films get worse as they go. I'll give it a shot though.
Remember in the first movie when the woman was standing by the bed staring at the man for like three hours and it was scary? Remember when they did it again in the second movie and it wasn't? Well it looks like they're doing it again, which means they've officially run out of ideas.
This movie looks like it's trying really hard to be scary. There's too much going on for this to be a Paranormal Activity movie.
I wonder what kind of jet engine there going to use for the "scary" parts. A380 maybe?, Those make real boss sounds at full throttle.
I was never a fan of this. It just bored me.
