With box office numbers declining at an increasing rate, 2012 looks certain to turn the tide with a release of several high profile movies sure to bring in the dough and entertain the masses.
Here are 7 films that will make 2012 the Year of the Blockbuster.
All of us took notice of a missing character that is important to the Spider-Man mythos. Parker’s red-headed girlfriend Mary Jane Watson. However, Garfield actually didn’t seem too bothered with it and suggested that breaking away from that cliché expectation for Spider-Man’s story is important.
Christian Bale took on the role of Batman for three motion picture releases, however it seems the actor wasn't pleased with his performance.

I think almost every year has at least 7 movies that can count as blockbusters. This year it was our superhero and Harry Potter and Jack Sparrow. Next year it will be the ones you mentioned plus maybe a couple of surprises I think.

While it is true that any year could be a blockbuster fiesta, there is a level of anticipation for the releases of 2012 that is unparalleled.

Eh...I'm not sure. I'm only really interested in the super hero movies. I had hoped superman would make it, but that's 2013.
