The in-demand Brit was keen to talk up the super-diet he’s consuming in his efforts to get the body of Krypton’s favourite son:
“I’m on 5000 calories a day… You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs…you’ve gotta keep your hunger levels going. I’m training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman.”
The first trailer has arrived for Henry Cavill's latest spy outing, Argylle. Also starring Bryce Dallas Howard, Bryan Cranston and Dua Lipa.

Get to know DC's newest Superman David Corenswet here!
I like that they have him packing on the muscle mass for the role. He looks to slender and cut to be superman in the picture associated with the article.
This is a torture you can't eat anything nice just protein etc and lots of work outs needed but he get's paid alot for his efforts
I eat 3,000 calories a day easly. I only work out an hour a day, but i do alot of reps for toning, and i can't get anything like that pic. I wish i knew "everything" they did to get so darn big.
I should say tone sorry. I mean there is definition on that guy and i want it....the definition, not the guy :S
