Well, even though I was upset at first about it not being the usual Bourne film without Damon, this is starting to look up. They at least are staying with the same concept of what they were doing to Jason Bourne and dealing with the same issues but with other guys they brainwashed the same way.
This movie may still turn out to be pretty good.
