Marvel Studios has released the following Hawkeye Comic-Con artwork for The Avengers that features a depiction of Jeremy Renner as the character as well as a first glimpse at the Helicarrier in the film. You can see the previously-released artwork for Captain America and Iron Man here.
The Avengers is scheduled to hit theaters on May 4, 2012.

Its alright. I have no interest in the character personally and am kinda glad Marvel didn't waste our time releasing movies for characters like this.
