This is going to be a great film. I love Planet of the Apes to begin with and they look like they're going to handle the origin very well. While I'm still very attached to the originals, I'm interested to see the new directions they're going to be taking.

The effects are just ridiculous in their realism. I can't believe how real these monkeys look!

Those apes looks incredible.

I never really liked the original series as a kid but during a bedridden weekend sick about 7yrs ago, I decided to watch the whole franchise and loved it. Maybe we'll be getting a BluRay boxset in time for this release.

Yeah, I've always been a fan since I saw an AMC marathon of them when I was 9. Ever since though, my favorite of them all was Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, which Rise of the Planets of the Apes is a remake of. I know it's going to be drastically different, but the origin story was always my favorite.

This is going to be so cool. I'm going to love seeing this. Their eyes just look so human. Like they really know everything...it's going to be amazing.

Im really getting excited for this. It's odd though because the Ape "acting" looks great, but the human acting looks decent from that clip.

One thing that still doesn't gel with me is Caesars interaction with the environment. He looks like he is floating...
