Lionsgate has released a first-look at actress Paz de la Huerta (Boardwalk Empire) in character for their upcoming pyscho-sexual 3D thriller (ie. porn) Nurse 3D. The “concept art” consists of de la Huerta naked, covered in blood, wearing a nurse’s hat. Apparently the concept art will be used as “a style guide and character inspiration,” because style and character are the two things most pyscho-sexual 3D thrillers are lacking. Directed by Douglas Aarniokoski, the film centers on a dedicated nurse who “targets and punishes dishonest men” in her spare time.

Yeah! I almost put the story in and thought the same thing. Actually it's not so bad really....just looks like body paint and it doesn't really show too much.
