Warner Bros. Buys Vampire Comic 'Undying Love' (Exclusive)

Stephen L’Heureux and Benderspink, run by Chris Bender and J.C. Spink, are producing.

Warner Bros. is diving into the deep pool of the vampire genre, picking up Undying Love, a comic book mini-series published by Image Comics.

Created by Tomm Coker and Daniel Freedman, Love mixes up the traditional vampire lore with Chinese monster myths as well as the Hong Kong action genre.

Well the idea behind it is pretty cool. The asian roots mean it will probably have some sort of good story. However I have a feeling WB is just trying to take aim at Twilight which sucks.

Yes, Twilight does suck so I hope this will make up for that. I'm always looking for a good story about vampires and werewolves and such. Like you said the Asian aspect will be good for the plot.

I can't remember what book I read once but it had an Asian plot to it and it had to do with her being a vampire who was trying to be a normal person in the world going to school and protect certain people that she was assigned to protect but the bad guy always found her. I can't remember the name of the book but it was good.
