My excitement for this movie has just increased tenfold. I can't stand origin movies that try to explain too much and ruin the mythology in the process. Part of what made alien so terrifying is that we could only geuss where the aliens came from - leave somethings open to interpretation. This is part of the reason I'm dreading 'The Thing' reboot, it seems to be taking the opposite route.
