Comingsoon says:
Universal Pictures is in final negotiations to acquire Arabian Knights, a pitch by Kyle Ward, who will also write the script.
The film is described as being "radically different" from FilmDistrict's Arabian Nights, which has Liam Hemsworth attached to star.
Blacklight Transmedia's Zak Kadison will produce with Brian Grazer and Erica Huggins of Imagine Entertainment, while Eric Lieb will exec produce. Jeff Kirschenbaum and Kiska Higgs will oversee the project for Universal.
Universal previously bought Ward's Fiasco Heights. Ward also wrote Kane & Lynch and Hitman 2. He is currently writing the game adaptation Devil May Cry.
Tumse Na Ho Payega Review: This is a story about the journey of an entrepreneur, but it ends up being flat at some point.
