I have had no doubt that Paul Anderson has knowledge of the series and respects the source material biut I think we need to get back to what made Resident Evil Resident Evil - ZOMBIES ZOMBIES AND MORE ZOMBIES!!!

Lets stay away from all the mutations from games like Resident Evil 4 or 5.

I just want Jill to be a main character again in this one. Especially after that tease at the end of the 4th film.

I think we're going to see more Jill and more Claire in the next one. Jill nailed it in 2. Perfectly cast.

I'm with you both on that one. I love Alice but I would like to see more action from Jill and Claire also. I wonder if Wentworth Miller will be in the 5th one since he survived the 4th one?

I still miss Carlos from the 2nd and 3rd one....they really didn't have to kill him off you know.

I'm definitely up for some more Resident Evil. I've enjoyed all the movies so far. I would like to see it get more to its zombie roots. However, at the same time I think the inclusion of the mutations sets this franchise apart from other zombie movies. It would be nice, though, if they could lean more towards the horror element of the franchise (or how it was originally in the games).

I've liked the movies too but that's also been my problem with it - they're following along too much with the games which on my opinion have been crap since RE3.

I need to take some time to catch up on these films.
