I can't wait for it to come out on DVD. It was one of the ones I missed seeing on the big screen. Love Matt Damon's work as an actor and I'm also a sucker for conspiracy theory movies. This thriller goes right down that road or at least that 's what I got from the trailer I saw...I may be wrong. Most people can control their own fate but there are still those chose few with enough power and money who can and do sometimes control others fate.

Yea I didn't get around to seeing it at the theaters either, so I'm waiting for the DVD. Does look like a good movie and it got pretty positive reviews. So I'm hopeful enough for it. I definitely enjoy Damon.

It is a good movie. I'm pretty confident you'll enjoy it. It can be a bit heavy handed in terms of its philosophical allusions, but the romance between Damon and Blunt is totally worth the investment of time.

Wasn't a bad flick at all. A sci-fi chick flick. I didn't mind the full price I paid to see it in the theater.

Is it me or are movie releases getting DVD/BD releases at a much faster rate nowadays? I know there's talk of the OnDemand rental of movies debate with theaters being against it, but isn't a 90 day turn around for putting movies to DVD almost as bad?

I remember this one looking kinda like Dark City, but not quite so... dark. For that reason alone I'll probably check it out.

Christopher4773d ago

It's a bit like Dark City in that there are people who attempt to control his fate, but that's where it ends.

Megaton4773d ago

Yeah, that's what made me think of it. The style and everything else looked completely different.

Now I wanna see Dark City again.

Dark City looks great on Blu-ray. One of my first BD purchases. Not that I have a lot as it is.

JL4773d ago

Yea Dark City is what I thought of watching the trailers for this movie too.

ShAkKa4773d ago

My brother watched it at the theater and told me it was pretty good, i want to see it on BD.
