The endearing new indie film Win Win screened at Austin’s SXSW film fest last week, and We Got This Covered had the opportunity to sit down with leading man Paul Giamatti and director Thomas McCarthy. They took the time to discuss their new film, released today in theatres, about a harried wrestling coach and a neglected teen.

The stars have aligned for the voice cast of the upcoming CG-animated Ratchet & Clank movie, which is based on the PlayStation game franchise from Sony and Insomniac Games.
THR:
Homeland alum Lewis and Oscar-nominated Giamatti have been tapped to star in Showtime's drama pilot Billions, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Billions is a fictional drama that takes a forensic look at the world of high finance by tracking the approaching collision between two titanic figures — the hard-charging, whip-smart U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhodes (Giamatti), and the brilliant, ambitious hedge-fund king, Bobby "Axe" Axelrod (Lewis).
I just love Damian Lewis. He is just so good. I wish he would do a series on regular cable. I don't have showtime.

Opening this weekend is writer-director Peter Landesman’s JFK assassination drama Parkland. Produced by Tom Hanks, the pic revolves around the chaotic events that occurred at Parkland Hospital in Dallas on the days surrounding President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. Parkland Hospital is where Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald, and Jack Ruby all died. Rather than focusing on one person, the film looks beyond the assassination and even President Kennedy to examine the surrounding figures on that infamous day and their roles in one of the most important events in American history. Parkland is loaded with a great cast featuring Zac Efron, Paul Giamatti, Billy Bob Thornton, Jacki Weaver, James Badge Dale, Mark Duplass, Marcia Gay Harden, Jackie Earle Haley, Ron Livingston, Colin Hanks, Tom Welling, Jeremy Strong, and David Harbour. For more on the film, read Matt’s review or watch the trailer.
I like Giamatti. I may have to check this one out if it ever releases around here.
I honestly have no interest in this movie. I love Giamatti, but I can't say this film has my attention. Might be a rental.
