Rango (Johnny Depp – Pirates of the Caribbean) is a chameleon with aspirations of being an actor. Having lived a sheltered life as someone’s pet, Rango finds himself out of his comfort zone after a series of unfortunate events leaves him stranded in the middle of the Nevada desert. He wonders into a western town and makes friends with the headstrong Beans (Isla Fisher – Confessions of a Shopaholic), who tells him all about the impeding drought starving their community. Rango then inadvertently finds himself becoming a sheriff to a town looking for a hero. But can he actually save the day or just play the part of an unlikely hero?
