Here's a Trailer for Danny Boyle's Frankenstein Play

AICN says:

Nordling here.

Starting next Tuesday at the National Theatre in London and continuing through March, Danny Boyle will direct an adaptation of Mary Shelley's FRANKENSTEIN, written by playwright Nick Dear. Benedict Cumberbatch (currently doing a wonderful job playing Sherlock Holmes in the BBC's television production of SHERLOCK) and Jonny Lee Miller (HACKERS, TRAINSPOTTING) are playing Frankenstein and the Monster. The twist is, depending on whichever night the play is showing, Cumberbatch and Miller could be playing either role. I hope this tours the States, because if this trailer is any indication, we're in for a real treat.

I love Danny Boyle and the way he tells stories. I would absolutely see this.

I would consider (if it was near me and affordable) seeing the play to support Danny but the story of Frankenstein doesn't really do much for me.

Plays aren't really my thing and the video was weird but I have massive respect for Danny. I just wish he would tunnel vision 28 months later and ignore everything else.

Another movie in the 28days world would be spectacular. I think one of his best movies was Sunshine.

Loved Sunshine and 28 Days Later (I've seen it like 6 times). He makes brilliant movies. I've been waiting for 28 months later for a long time.

He talks about it in this link http://screenrant.com/danny...

A play on Frankenstein hasn't been heard of in a while. Man, I kind of feel like going to a play right now...
As a kid, I used to go to a lot of them as a kid, I remember how they used to engross me and made me feel I was in them.

I never much liked going to plays as a kid but I would def. go see this if it were ever to come here.

Oh definitely, me too. My favorite plays are horror ones, because they give the best atmosphere.
