The Game Effect says, "'Early 21st Century Romanticism' was an example of one of those increasingly rare episodes that was not unfathomably absurd. For the most part normal things happened, or at least as normal as they could in the world of Community.
It‘s an episode of isolated stories all being tangentially connected. Pierce is losing his mind to painkillers that take the form of a miniature Andy Dick. Troy and Abed discover they are both interested in the same woman. Britta starts hanging out with a lesbian, because it makes her feel extra progressive. Jeff breaks up with the study group after a heated argument over the discography of the Barenaked Ladies. Also, Chang breaks a lamp with some nun-chucks. Like I said, it’s totally normal."
Deliver Me Review: The Swedish series follows two troubled teen and their troublesome lives when one of them is shot dead.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Brigands: The Quest For Gold Review: The Italian drama follows a group of brigands, embarking on a journey to reclaim power and some hidden gold.
I still haven't seen an episode of this. 9.2 though? I might be missing out.
I started to watch when the series first aired and wasn't terribly impressed. However, I've read from a number of sources (including TGE), that it's gotten quite a bit better since the first few episodes. Since reading the review from two weeks ago I started to watch again and found myself laughing quite a bit.
