Deadline:
Shortly after Arnold Schwarzenegger left the Governor’s Mansion and Tweeted his desire to resume his acting career, there seems to finally be some action on his signature franchise, The Terminator. I’m told that interest is kicking back up. One interested party: Universal, which is looking for a directing vehicle for Justin Lin. He helmed the last three installments of The Fast and the Furious franchise, including the latest Fast Five, which Universal releases April 29.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
I want it to be like the third Terminator. It was my favorite one and the only one I can watch over and over and not get bored of. The latest one was absolutely terrible. Bales worst performance I've seen and the overall movie was nothing but visual effects combined with a dull story.
I don't really want anymore Terminator movies... think of a new vehicle to put Arnold behind.
I actually kind of liked Terminator Salvation. I liked the idea of setting it in that time period. It could have been executed better, but on the whole I enjoyed it. T3...not so much.
Honestly I would rather Arnold not come back to the Terminator franchise. The series needs to go into a newer direction, a fresher take that moves forward.
