Frank Tupelo (Johnny Depp) is an American tourist who is about to embark on the adventure of his life after meeting the sexy and mysterious Elise (Angelina Jolie). It turns out, their meeting isn't by chance as Elise has been instructed by her criminal love, Alexander Pierce, to find someone similar to him in order to throw the police off his trail. Frank is now caught in the middle between cops, mobsters, and Elise. So much for that vacation he was planning.

The only thing I want, is for the previews and commercials to give a better idea on what the plot is. I guess since the review isn't that great, maybe that's why they are focusing more on the actors instead of the story.
