Last week it was reported that Hans Zimmer, composer of Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies, was given the task to score the new Superman reboot. However at last nights Inception DVD/Blue ray release he has quoted quite the opposite.
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
Rest In Peace Review: A man in debt disappears. Years later, he considers reconnecting with his family, but his previous life takes him by surprise.
Nerd Reactor writes that a new international post has revealed the return of a fan-favorite Toho monster.
I'm not sure how I feel honestly. I love John Williams nad his score is classic, but at the same time, with them trying to reboot Superman I feel like I wanted an entirely new experience right down to the score. Look at the new Batman movies, they didn't use the score from the first film, and it's still just as iconic.
I don't know, I feel very torn. If they're going to reboot entirely and try to start something new and seperate from what's been done before, they don't need any ties to the original.
Replace the best with the 2nd or 3rd or 4th best is not good... Williams has more talent for this job and can bring a fresh feel and sound to super man if her wants to and do it better than Zimmer...
Zimmer is good but he is nothing near the talent of Williams...
