Deadline: Glee star Cory Monteith is at the center of a pitch deal that just went down at Fox 2000. The untitled project, described as a "workplace" comedy. Monteith is attached to star and produce with Bruce Nash and Robert Kosberg. The idea came from Michael Herbert, an intern at Nash Entertainment. Monteith, who plays Finn Hudson on the hit series, just wrapped the Fox 2000 Tom Bezucha-directed Monte Carlo, starring alongside Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez. Obviously, Fox 2000 chief Elizabeth Gabler liked what she saw. Monteith is repped by APA and Red Management.
