Zach G. Slams Hangover 2?

IGN writes: "In a recent Comedy Death-Ray Podcast, Hangover star Zach Galifianakis vented a few of the frustrations he was experiencing during the filming of The Hangover 2.

Galifianakis told the host, Scott Aukerman, that he was very picky about his movie roles and that he had refused projects simply based on moral grounds. He then continued by saying "but a movie you're acting in, you don't have a lot of control – you just show up and vomit your lines out. I'm not the boss. I'm in a deep protest right now with a movie I'm working on, up in arms about something. But I can't get the guys to [listen] ... I'm not making any leeway.'"

Hmmm Hangover was such an under-rated movie, this 2nd one is getting hype due it's success of the first one, this isn't a good sign, if he's taking about this movie.

He never says it's about the Hangover 2, but at the same time I don't know of any other film he's working on. At this point if I were him, I just would try and stay mum about it. Keeping being professional, never outright say it. Hell you don't want to end up like Megan Fox where you lambast the movie that really put you on the hot list, and suddenly find yourself dropped.

I've read another article on this where they journalist has decided that Zack G. was making the comment because he was upset and protesting Mel Gibson's recently announced cameo. It's completely wild speculation and if people start buying that explanation there could be some backlash on the actor.

I'd rather 'news' like this never get reported, because all it does it make the situation more blown out than it really is.

Like I said, should of let it be and live as one of the greatest comedy movies ever made. Yet they want to destroy that and now we will no long appreciate the film. This just further proves it.

The was nothing to work with in the first on to lead to a second one. He got married, the other two were already married, and the third one doesn't have enough of a vibrant character to carry an entire movie.

I might be alone on this one, but I'm still not entirely convinced he's talking about Hangover 2. More than likely he is, but it's also possible that he's working on another film that's in the early pre-production stages that is giving him a lot of grief. I could be wrong, and probably am, but unless he comes out and specifically spells out the issue, I think the matter should be dropped.

For all we know, he may have just been having a bad day when he said that. Doesn't necessarily mean it's a big deal.

I don't know what other project he is working on that has been stated to be in the film stages as of right now.

Even if he wasn't talking about it, I still stand by the fact that this wont be as good as the first one. I do truly hope he is though, because that means he is fighting to make a better mmovie instead of letting the big guys ruin the potential.

Oh no, I'm sure you're right, about it not being nearly as good as the first. I hope this one turns out well, and that he doesn't land himself in hot water over any remarks.
