Who is Spidey's New Villain?

IGN writes: "The cast of Marc Webb's Spidey reboot has slowly but surely taking shape. Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker and Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy. The recent addition is Notting Hill's Rhys Ifans as the movie's villain. But...which villain will he play?"

Highly doubt that, especially since this is a reboot. The other trilogy barely got to Venom, and thats like a key asset to every Spiderman franchise. Do Venom, then Carnage. Only way it will happen is if they skip right to Venom in a second film, or have this last to 5 or 6 films.

Yep, they wouldn't do Carnage for a while. It would be interesting to see him on the big screen, but I don't see how they could set him up in the first film.

Besides there are tons of other villains that haven't been used, that have been around longer and given spider-man even more of a fight.
