The Sound of Music Coming to Blu-ray

Jorge from Blueraycenter.com writes: 20th Century Fox has announced “The Sound of Music” for Blu-ray release on November 2. To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the five time Academy Award winner, Fox is preparing a 3-disc Blu-ray/DVD combo as well as a Limited Edition Collector’s Set. The Collector’s Set will include an exclusive hand painted music box, 100-page “My Favorite Things” scrapbook, 45th anniversary soundtrack, a reproduction of the original 1985 souvenir program, and more.
