FlickSided: Every spring break, Lake Victoria, Arizona becomes overpopulated with drunken college kids looking to party. The annual event is always a chore for Sheriff Julie Forester (Elisabeth Shue), who is charged with keeping the festivities under control. This year, things are further complicated by a few unusual guests.
