Nice list. Knew Joker would be on there obviously. Max Cady, John Doe and Annie Wilkes are all great choices. Annie Wilkes...Hobbles....ugh I still shudder at that. I still can't help but laugh a lil bit when going back to watch Silence of the Lambs and seeing "Captain Leland Stottlemeyer" as "Buffalo Bill" lol. Some of these other movies I haven't seen. The comments on that site add some others that would make good additions to the list: Zombie's Firefly family, Jack Torrance, Norman Bates.
One I'd like to mention is Asami Yamazaki from the movie Audition. She was just disturbing out of nowhere. Another was Fanny from American Gothic (a cheesy 80's horror movie), she just scared the piss out of me back when i was a kid. Something about that "retard" "adult-child"...just really disturbing.
