STL Today: The rock-star comedy "Get Him to the Greek" segues from a satirical mash-up of "Spinal Tap" and "The Hangover" into a sentimental duet between "Almost Famous" and "Funny People." It's not quite infectious, but some of the high notes manage to drown out some of the guttural lows.
