When you've been kidnapped, or a major city is about to get incinerated or… I dunno… you can't find your reading glasses, who you gonna call? Jack Bauer, that's who! No one gets the job done like 24's mega-intense Jack Bauer (who's also particularly good at dealing within certain time parameters), and absolutely no one has a more miserable, injury-filled time doing it! Jack is practically a walking organ-donor at this point after eight grueling days of private agony and public mayhem. It will certainly be embarrassing if Jack ever makes it up to the pearly gates and finds out that *whoops* he needs his body after all.
